At ABOVE ZERO STUDIO, most pieces are made to order or prepared in small-scale production. This allows each item to be finished with greater care and attention to detail, rather than treated like standard off-the-shelf stock.

Processing Time

Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 4–6 business days. More complex pieces may take 7–10 business days before shipment. During holidays or especially busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timing will vary depending on the destination, customs handling, and local carrier conditions. Tracking details are emailed within 48 hours after shipment, so you can follow your order once it leaves the studio.

Shipping, Duties & Fees

Shipping and duties are included in the final checkout price, with no hidden fees added later through our store. To help avoid delays or failed delivery attempts, please make sure your shipping address, email, and any required contact details are entered correctly at checkout.

Packaging & Presentation

Orders are packed with both privacy and presentation in mind. Our outer packaging is kept low-profile and does not explicitly reveal the nature of the contents. At the same time, each piece is carefully presented inside packaging that feels refined, protective, and studio-finished, making it suitable for gifting as well as personal purchase.
